Website Design Cost, SEO Pricing, and Fixed-Price Design Packages
Most agencies bill by the hour or hide their prices behind a discovery call. With hourly billing, you learn the real website design cost when the last invoice lands. With long retainers, you keep paying after the work stops working. We do neither. There are two of us: one runs SEO, one builds the sites. No junior account managers. No handoffs. Every price on this page is the price you pay. You don't need a call to see it, and it doesn't change after you sign.
Two ways to pay for monthly services. Monthly is the default. Annual plans are billed upfront at the 10-month rate, so you get 2 months free. White-label SEO stays monthly.

Ready-to-Launch: $697

- Core pages: home, services, about, and contact
- Mobile-first responsive design, built to load fast on a phone
- A Google Lighthouse check on mobile before launch, and we fix what it flags
- One contact or quote form that sends leads straight to your inbox
- On-page SEO: page titles, meta descriptions, headings, and business schema
- Google Analytics and Google Search Console set up and connected
Business: $1,497
Everything in Ready-to-Launch, plus:
- A separate page for each service, built to rank on its own
- A gallery, team page, or reviews section, whichever fits your business
- Booking or calendar links connected to the tool you already use
- A blog section you can update yourself
- Service page copy written or edited by us for clarity and search
Custom Next.js: $2,497
Everything in Business, plus:
- A bespoke React and Next.js build, designed from scratch around your business
- Custom features scoped in writing before we start, like multi-step quote forms, calculators, or member logins
- An admin panel so you can edit content without touching code
- Connections to the tools you already use, like your CRM or email platform
- The full source code handed over to you at launch
Ecommerce: $2,997
- A complete store: product pages, cart, and checkout
- Your product catalog set up with categories and variants
- Payment, shipping, and tax settings configured
- Product schema and SEO for every category and product page
- A recorded walkthrough showing you how to add products and manage orders
What's the difference between Ready-to-Launch and Business?
Ready-to-Launch gives you the core pages a small business needs to look credible and get calls. Business adds a separate page for every service, which is what lets each service rank in Google on its own. If you offer more than two or three services and want SEO to work, pick Business.
Website redesign cost
Website redesign cost follows the same four tiers. We price a redesign as a new build in the tier that fits. Then we move your content over and set up redirects, so you keep the rankings you've earned.
Who Ecommerce is for
Ecommerce is for businesses that take payment for products on their own site. If you only take bookings or quote requests, Business or Custom Next.js will fit better and cost less.
What happens after launch
Hosting is optional. You can take the code and host it yourself. If you want us to handle it, we set up Vercel or a Debian/Ubuntu VPS for you for $197, then manage it for $49 a month. You pay the hosting provider directly, and you own your domain, hosting account, and content either way. See our hosting setup page.
What does SEO pricing look like for packages and retainers?
Start with an audit, or pick a monthly plan. Compare every deliverable below, or see how our SEO works.

|---|---|---|---|
| SEO Audit | $397 one-time | One-time price | Anyone who wants a clear fix list before committing |

| Growth | $1,497/month | $14,970/year | Businesses with several services, locations, or a competitive city |
| Ecommerce SEO | $1,997/month | $19,970/year | Online stores that need product and category pages to rank |

- A Core Web Vitals and mobile speed test

- Two buying guides or category content pieces each month

What's the difference between Local Starter and Growth?
Local Starter covers one location and one main service area with two new pages a month. Growth doubles the pages and adds link building, call tracking, and monthly technical work for businesses with more services, more locations, or tougher competition.
Why we don't lock you in
Every SEO plan is month-to-month with no contract, and you can cancel with 14 days' notice. Your SEO retainer cost stays fixed each month, and we'd rather keep you because the results justify it than because a contract forces it. If you'd rather pay once a year, the annual option bills 10 months for 12. It's optional, it's paid upfront, and it can't be cancelled early for a prorated refund.
How much do graphic design and logo design cost?
Three fixed packages. See how we work on our graphic design page.
| Package | Price | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Logo | $497 one-time | New businesses, or a logo that looks dated |
| Social Template Pack | $297 one-time | Businesses that post on their own and want a consistent look |
| Brand Identity | $1,497 one-time | Businesses launching, rebranding, or growing past a DIY look |
Logo: $497
- Three initial logo concepts to choose from
- Two rounds of revisions on the concept you pick
- Final files in SVG, PNG, and PDF, in color and black and white
- A one-page sheet showing how to use your logo
Social Template Pack: $297
- Post, story, and carousel templates for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Built in Canva, so you can swap text and photos yourself
- Matched to your logo, colors, and fonts
- A short guide on which template to use for what
Brand Identity: $1,497
- A full logo suite: main logo, alternate layout, and icon
- A color palette and font pairing
- Business card and social profile designs
- A brand guide PDF your team, printer, or sign shop can follow
When you need a full brand identity
If you only need a mark for your website, the $497 logo design cost covers it. Choose a full Brand Identity when your logo will appear on trucks, signs, uniforms, print, and social media. That's when mismatched colors and fonts start costing you trust.
What does social media management pricing cover?
Two plans, billed monthly. Details are on our social media management page.
| Plan | Price | Annual (2 months free) | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| 12 posts | $697/month | $6,970/year | Businesses that need steady, professional posting |
| 20 posts with reels | $1,197/month | $11,970/year | Businesses that sell visually, like salons, restaurants, or contractors |
12 posts: $697/month
- 12 posts a month, designed, written, and scheduled
- A monthly content calendar you approve before anything goes live
- Replies to comments on the posts we publish
20 posts with reels: $1,197/month
- 20 posts a month, including short reels edited from footage you send
- A monthly content calendar you approve before anything goes live
- A monthly report on reach, engagement, and follower growth
What's not included
Our social media management pricing doesn't include paid ad spend; if you boost posts, you pay the platform directly. We reply to comments on our posts, but we don't handle direct messages, reviews, or customer service conversations.
How much does a CRM dashboard cost?
We build custom CRMs and dashboards that put every lead in one place. The front end runs on Vercel, and the back end and database are hosted on Railway, so your data stays separate from your public site. You own the hosting accounts and pay the providers directly. See how we build them on our website design page.
| Package | Price | Annual (2 months free) | What it covers |
|---|---|---|---|
| CRM Build | $1,497 one-time | One-time price | Design, build, and launch of your dashboard |
| CRM Support | $197/month | $1,970/year | Fixes, small changes, backups, and monitoring after launch |
- Every lead from your website forms collected in one dashboard
- Pipeline stages you define, like new, contacted, quoted, won, and lost
- Lead source tracking, so you see which page or channel each lead came from
- Separate logins for each person on your team
Who this is for
The CRM dashboard cost makes sense once leads come from several places and some slip through email or sticky notes. If you get fewer than a handful of leads a week, a spreadsheet will do, and we'll tell you so.
Optional Infrastructure Setup & Management
Hosting is optional. You can take the code and host it yourself. If you want us to handle it, we set up Vercel or a Debian/Ubuntu VPS for you, configure the DNS and SSL, and manage the deployment pipeline. You pay the hosting provider directly.
We don't resell hosting, so the hosting account is yours. Our fees below cover only the setup and management work. Details are on our hosting setup page.
| Item | Price | Annual (2 months free) | What it covers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Setup | $197 one-time | One-time price | Vercel or VPS setup, DNS, SSL, and your deployment pipeline |
| Management | $49/month | $490/year | Deploys, updates, security patches, and monitoring. Hosting fees are paid to your provider. |
- Dependency updates and server security patches handled for you
- Security fixes applied as soon as they're released
- Fixes if your site goes down, at no extra charge
- Email support from the people who built your site
What's included in setup and management
- DNS configured for your domain
- An SSL certificate
- Daily backups
- Uptime monitoring
- A staging site to test changes before they go live
- One free transfer from your current host
Our management fee stays $49 a month whether your site gets 100 visits or 10,000. Your hosting provider bills you separately, based on the plan you choose.
How does white label SEO pricing work for partners?
For agencies and freelancers who resell our work under their own brand. Full program details are on our white-label page.
| Service | Price | Billed |
|---|---|---|
| Web | $497 per site | One-time, Ready-to-Launch build |
| SEO | $597/month per site | Monthly, cancel with 14 days' notice |
| Design | $247 per pack | One-time, per design pack |
How resale works
You sell the work under your brand and set your own price. We do the work behind the scenes, with reports and files carrying your branding. We never contact your client unless you ask us to.
Who this is for
- Agencies that want to offer web or SEO without hiring for it
- Freelancers who sell design or marketing and need a build or SEO partner
- In-house teams that need extra hands on a fixed budget
What we don't do
Some common agency practices make agencies money and cost clients more. We refuse to use them, and we put that in writing.
- We don't bill by the hour. Hourly billing hides the real cost until the work is done, and it rewards slow work instead of finished work.
- We don't sell "unlimited" retainers. Unlimited always has a limit somewhere, and you only find it when you need it.
- We don't make you sign 12-month contracts. If the work isn't paying off, you should be free to leave with 14 days' notice instead of paying out the rest of a year.
- We don't buy links from private blog networks. Google's spam policies treat these link schemes as spam, and a penalty can wipe out your rankings.
- We don't promise #1 rankings in X weeks. Google itself warns business owners that no one can guarantee a #1 ranking, so anyone who does is guessing or lying.
What's the real cost of doing nothing?
A slow, broken, or unranked website doesn't cost $0. It costs you the leads that went to someone else. You can put a number on it with three inputs.
Leads you're missing each month × your close rate × average client value = what doing nothing costs you each month.
Fill in your own numbers:
- A: leads you're missing each month. Look at how many searches your competitors rank for that you don't, or compare your calls to a busy month.
- B: your close rate. Out of every 10 leads, how many become paying clients?
- C: what an average client is worth to you over a year.
So if A = ___ leads, B = %, and C = $, then doing nothing costs you A × B × C = $___ every month.
Now compare that to the fix. If your number is higher than $797, Local Starter SEO pays for itself. If it's higher than a one-time website build spread over a year, a new site does too. Free tools like Google Search Console and your Google Business Profile insights show you real search and call data to fill in A.
How billing works
We keep billing simple and put everything in writing before you pay.
- Payment methods: card through Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer through Wise.
- Currencies: USD, GBP, EUR, or AUD.
- One-time projects: 50% at kickoff, 50% at launch.
- Monthly services: billed at the start of each month. Cancel with 14 days' notice.
- Annual plans: billed upfront at a 10-month rate (2 months free). Annual plans can't be cancelled early for a prorated refund. You keep access to all services through the end of the 12-month term.
- Website bundle: save $200 on your build when you bundle any 12-month Annual SEO or Hosting plan.
- No hidden fees: the invoice matches the price on this page. We cover card processing fees.
- No ad-spend markup: we don't manage your ad budget. If you run ads or boost posts, you pay the platform directly, so there's nothing for us to mark up.
Your pricing questions, answered
How much does a website cost in 2026?
With us, the website design cost is $697 to $2,997, depending on what it needs to do. Ready-to-Launch is $697, Business is $1,497, Custom Next.js is $2,497, and Ecommerce is $2,997. Across the market, prices run from free DIY builders to agency builds in the tens of thousands. Most of that gap comes from hourly billing, layers of account managers, and custom features you may not need. For a full breakdown, read our guide on how much does a website cost.
How much does SEO cost per month?
Our monthly SEO plans are $797 for Local Starter, $1,497 for Growth, and $1,997 for Ecommerce SEO. If you want a clear plan first, the one-time SEO Audit is $397. Most local businesses start with Local Starter. Our SEO pricing guide explains what drives SEO costs across the industry and what you should expect at each price point.
Do you require a contract?
No long-term contract. Monthly plans are month-to-month, and you can cancel any time with 14 days' notice. For one-time projects, we send a written scope with the fixed price before you pay anything. You'll know exactly what's included and what isn't. Annual plans are optional. They're billed upfront at the 10-month rate, and they can't be cancelled early for a prorated refund.
Do you offer an annual discount?
Yes. Every recurring service except white-label SEO has an annual option. You pay for 10 months and get 12, so 2 months are free. For example, Local Starter SEO is $797 a month or $7,970 for the year. Monthly is the default if you'd rather not pay upfront.
Can I cancel an annual plan early?
Annual plans are billed upfront at a 10-month rate and can't be cancelled early for a prorated refund. You keep access to all services through the end of the 12-month term. Monthly plans can be cancelled with 14 days' notice.
Is there a discount for bundling a website with SEO or hosting?
Yes. Save $200 on your build when you bundle any 12-month Annual SEO or Hosting plan.
What's included in the SEO retainer?
It depends on the plan. Local Starter includes weekly Google Business Profile work, two new pages a month, listing cleanup, review requests, and a monthly report. Growth adds four pages a month, link building, call tracking, monthly technical fixes, and a strategy call. Your SEO retainer cost stays the same every month. We never add charges for extra hours.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Every one-time project is split into two payments: 50% at kickoff and 50% at launch. Monthly services are billed one month at a time, so you never pay far ahead. The exception is the optional annual plan, which is billed upfront at the 10-month rate.
Do you charge for revisions?
Revisions inside the agreed scope are included. Logo design includes two rounds of revisions, and every website includes revision rounds at the design and build stages. If you want something outside the written scope, we quote a fixed price before we start. You'll never get a surprise hourly bill for changes.
What's the difference between your Ready-to-Launch and Business website?
Ready-to-Launch covers the core pages: home, services, about, and contact. Business adds a separate page for each service, a gallery or reviews section, booking links, a blog, and copywriting help. Pick Business if you offer several services and want each one to show up in Google.
Do you charge more for US clients?
No. Prices are the same for clients in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. We list prices in USD. If you'd rather pay in GBP, EUR, or AUD, we invoice in that currency at the exchange rate on the invoice date. We're based in India and work with clients across time zones.
What's the total cost to launch a new site?
A Ready-to-Launch site with our optional hosting setup costs $894 up front ($697 build plus $197 setup), then $49 a month for management. A Business site costs $1,694 up front, then $49 a month. Your hosting provider bills you directly for the hosting itself. Add SEO from $797 a month if you want to rank, and a logo at $497 if you need one. Your domain name is paid to your registrar, and it stays in your name. Our setup and management fees are the same for every tier.
How does white-label pricing work?
Partners pay $497 per website, $597 a month per site for SEO, and $247 per design pack. You set your own price and bill your client directly. White label SEO pricing is month-to-month per client site, with the same 14 days' notice to cancel. See the full program on our white-label page.
See a price, get a quote, or book a 30-minute call
You've seen every price. If a package fits, tell us and we'll start. If you need something in between, ask for a quote and we'll reply with a fixed price. If you'd rather talk first, book a free 30-minute call and we'll look at your site together.
