Terms of Service

Last updated: November 8, 2026

These terms cover how we work with clients of Vexel Growth ("we", "us"). If you hire us, the written scope we send you is part of the agreement. If the scope and this page disagree, the scope wins.

What do we agree on before work starts?

For one-time projects, we send a written scope with a fixed price before you pay anything. It lists what's included and what isn't. Work outside the scope gets its own fixed quote before we start.

How does payment work?

  • One-time projects are paid in two parts: 50% at kickoff and 50% at launch.
  • Monthly services are billed one month at a time.
  • Annual plans are billed upfront at a 10-month rate (2 months free).
  • The $200 bundle discount applies to a website build bought together with a 12-month annual SEO or hosting plan.
  • Prices are listed in USD. If you prefer GBP, EUR or AUD, we invoice in that currency at the exchange rate on the invoice date.
  • Domain names are paid to your registrar and stay in your name.

Can you cancel?

Monthly plans can be cancelled with 14 days' notice. Annual plans are billed upfront at a 10-month rate (2 months free). Annual plans cannot be cancelled early for a prorated refund. You keep access to all services through the end of the 12-month term.

What about revisions?

Revisions inside the agreed scope are included. Anything outside the scope gets a fixed quote first.

What do you need to provide?

You agree to give us accurate information, timely feedback and the access we need, such as your website, Google Business Profile or domain. You also confirm that you have the right to use any text, images or logos you send us. Delays on your side can move the dates.

Who owns the work?

Once you've paid in full, you own the final deliverables we create for you. We may keep working files and reuse our own tools, templates and general know-how.

Do we promise rankings?

No. Nobody can promise a specific ranking or traffic number, because search engines make those decisions. We promise to do the work described in your scope with care.

What are our limits?

We aren't responsible for outages or changes at third-party services, such as hosting providers, search engines or software vendors. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service.

What law applies?

We name the governing law in your written scope. If we ever need to change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page. Changes don't affect a scope you've already signed.
