Website Design Agency: Fast Sites That Turn Visits into Calls
A beautiful website that loads slowly loses the customer before the page appears. As a small website design agency, we build fast, mobile-first sites in Next.js that look good and load quickly on a phone.
Most of your visitors will see your site on a phone first. So we design for the small screen first, then scale up to tablets and desktops. Your site is built by Nishad More, who also puts it online and keeps it running.
Why does site speed matter so much?
Speed affects both your buyers and your rankings. Google says its ranking systems use Core Web Vitals, a set of speed and stability measures. A slow page also gives a busy buyer a reason to tap back and call someone else.
Google's guidance sets clear targets for a good experience:
- Largest Contentful Paint (LCP): the main content loads within 2.5 seconds.
- Interaction to Next Paint (INP): the page responds to taps within 200 milliseconds.
- Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS): the layout stays steady, with a score of 0.1 or less.
Speed won't beat better content on its own. But when two pages are equally useful, a slow site makes it easy for Google and your buyers to pick the faster one.
Why mobile speed matters for your revenue
Most people look up local businesses on a phone, often when they need help fast. If your page is slow or jumps around while it loads, they tap back and call someone else. You never see that lost job. We build with Next.js and Tailwind CSS, which send small, light pages to the phone. Google rewards pages that load fast and stay steady, and so do your buyers.
We tested this site the way Google's Lighthouse tool tests a phone, on a slow 4G connection. On every page we checked, the main content showed up in under 1.4 seconds. Google's mark for a good score is 2.5 seconds.
- A Google Lighthouse check on mobile before launch, and we fix what it flags
- Thumb-friendly menus and buttons that are easy to tap
- Steady layouts: we check for layout shifts and broken images on a phone screen before launch
The process: how we design and build your site
- Written scope. We agree on pages, features and a fixed price in writing before you pay anything.
- Structure and SEO plan. We map one page to each service you want to rank for, so every page has a clear job.
- Mobile-first design. We design the phone layout first, then adapt it for larger screens.
- Build in Next.js. Ready-to-Launch sites start from our Next.js master template, customized for your brand. Custom Next.js sites are bespoke React builds, designed from scratch. Either way, there's no heavy page builder, so pages stay light and fast.
- Speed testing. We test key pages in PageSpeed Insights and fix what holds them back.
- Launch. We connect Google Search Console, submit your sitemap, and set up redirects from your old site so you keep the rankings you've earned.
The Information-Gain Edge
We do not use PBNs, link farms, or keyword stuffing. We use structural, white-hat SEO that Google rewards. It's simply work that most website design agencies leave out, because it takes more time.
Information-gain blocks. We plan a spot on each main page for something your competitors don't offer. That could be a price table, a checklist, or a comparison. Google's guidance on helpful content rewards pages that add original value, and these blocks do exactly that.
Entity co-occurrence. Each service page names the services, places and terms that belong with your business. That helps search engines connect your brand to the work you do and the areas you serve.
Structured data. We build Schema.org markup into the site itself. It's generated from the same content your visitors read, so the two always match. That includes your business details, services, FAQs and breadcrumbs.
Reading the data honestly. Semrush shows "website design agency" at about 1,500 monthly searches, with a KD of 35 and a CPC of $32.10. "Website design cost" gets more searches, about 2,400 a month, but its CPC is only $15.20 and its KD is 18.
Advertisers pay about twice as much for the agency search because those people are ready to hire. Many people asking about cost are still weighing a DIY builder against a paid build.
We write pages for both groups, and we write them differently.
Vexel Growth vs. a traditional web design agency
| Vexel Growth | Traditional agency | |
|---|---|---|
| Who builds your site | The developer you talk to | Often a team you never meet |
| How it's built | Hand-built in Next.js, mobile first | Often a page builder with many plugins |
| Pricing | Fixed price from $697, listed publicly | Often hourly, or quoted after a sales call |
| Speed testing | Core Web Vitals checked before launch | Often skipped or done only on request |
| SEO at launch | Titles, schema, sitemap and redirects included | Often sold later as an extra |
| Payment | 50% at kickoff, 50% at launch | Varies, sometimes large deposits up front |
What does a website cost with us?
We have four fixed tiers. Ready-to-Launch is $697 for the core pages a small business needs, built on our customized Next.js template. Business is $1,497 and adds a separate page for each service. Custom Next.js is $2,497 for a bespoke React build with custom features, and Ecommerce is $2,997 for a full store.
Every tier is built mobile first and includes on-page SEO.
Hosting is optional, and you can take the code and host it yourself. Or we can set up Vercel or a VPS in your name for $197, then manage it for $49 a month. You pay the hosting provider directly. See the full breakdown on our pricing page.
Can you build full-stack apps, CRMs and dashboards?
Yes. Some businesses need more than a marketing site. We build full-stack applications, custom CRMs and dashboards, with a React and Next.js front end and a back end that handles your data and logins.
We split the two on purpose. Your front end is hosted on Vercel, where it loads fast for visitors. Your back end and database are deployed to Railway or Render for secure, scalable API management. That keeps your data separate from the public site, and the API can grow without slowing your pages down.
A custom CRM dashboard is $1,497 to build, with optional support at $197 a month. See our CRM pricing for what's included.
Questions about our website design agency
Why Next.js instead of a page builder?
Page builders load a lot of extra code on every page, and that slows them down. Next.js lets us send only what each page needs. That makes it easier to hit Google's speed targets on a phone.
Is site speed really a ranking factor?
Yes, but it's one factor among many. Google says Core Web Vitals are used by its ranking systems. Great content still matters most, and speed helps that content get seen and read.
Can you redesign my current site?
Yes. We price a redesign as a new build in the tier that fits. Then we move your content over and set up redirects, so you don't lose the rankings you already have.
